TERMS OF USE

These PokerFi Terms of Use are between you and the PokerFi platform. By
accessing, downloading, using or clicking “I Agree” to accept any PokerFi
Services provided by PokerFi, you agree that you have read, understood and
accepted all the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use
(hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy. In
addition, when using some features of the Services, you may be subject to
specific additional terms and conditions applicable to those features.
Please read the terms carefully as they govern your use of the PokerFi Services.
BY USING THE POKERFI SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE
THAT: YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH DIGITAL
CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS AND ITS DERIVATIVES; YOU ASSUME ALL
RISKS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE POKERFI SERVICES AND
TRANSACTIONS IN DIGITAL CURRENCY AND ITS DERIVATIVES; POKERFI
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SUCH RISKS OR ADVERSE RESULTS.
By accessing, using or attempting to use the PokerFi Services in any capacity,
you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you
do not agree, do not access PokerFi or use PokerFi’s services.
PokerFi refers to an ecosystem comprised of PokerFi websites whose domain
names include, but are not limited to https://www.pokerfinance.io/, mobile
applications, clients, applets and other applications developed to offer PokerFi
Services and includes independently operated platforms, websites and clients
within the ecosystem (eg, Open Platform MarketPlace, Wallet). In the event of
any inconsistency between the relevant terms of use of the above platforms and
the content of these Terms, the respective applicable terms of such platforms will
prevail.
PokerFi Services refers to various services provided to you by PokerFi that are
based on internet and/or blockchain technologies and offered through PokerFi
websites, mobile applications, clients and other ways (including new ones
enabled by technological development future). The PokerFi Services include,
among others, components of the PokerFi ecosystem such as Digital Asset

Trading Platforms.

The PokerFi Platform Rules refer to all rules, interpretations, announcements,
declarations, consent letters and other content that have been and will be
subsequently released by PokerFi, as well as all regulations, implementation
rules, product process descriptions and advertisements published in the Help
Center or in the processes of products or services.
Users refer to all individuals, institutions or organizations that access, download
or use PokerFi or the PokerFi Services and who meet the criteria and conditions
stipulated by PokerFi. If other agreements exist for entities such as developers,
distributors, market makers and Digital Currency exchanges, such agreements
must be followed.
Digital Currencies refer to cryptographic or digital tokens or cryptocurrencies with
a certain value that are based on blockchain and cryptography technologies and
are issued and managed in a decentralized manner.
Digital Assets refer to Digital Currencies, their derivatives or other types of
digitized assets with a certain value.
PokerFi Accounts refer to the fundamental virtual accounts, including master
accounts and sub-accounts, which are opened by PokerFi for users to register
with PokerFi their use of the PokerFi Services, transactions, asset changes and
basic information. PokerFi Accounts serve as a basis for Users to enjoy and
exercise their rights on PokerFi.
Crypto-to-crypto trading refers to spot transactions in which a digital currency is
exchanged for another digital currency.
Changes to these terms
PokerFi reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at its discretion at
any time. PokerFi will notify you of such changes by updating the terms on its
website and modifying the Last Revised date displayed on this page. ANY AND
ALL MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES TO THESE TERMS WILL BE
EFFECTIVE UPON POSTING ON THE SITE OR RELEASED TO USERS.
THEREFORE, YOUR CONTINUOUS USE OF THE POKERFI SERVICES IS
CONSIDERED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AMENDED AGREEMENT AND
RULES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES TO THESE TERMS, YOU
MUST STOP USING THE POKERFI SERVICES IMMEDIATELY. WE
RECOMMEND THAT YOU FREQUENTLY REVIEW THESE TERMS TO
ENSURE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT
APPLY TO YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE POKERFI SERVICES.

Prohibition of Use
BY ACCESSING AND USING THE POKERFI SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT
AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY TRADE EMBARGO
OR ECONOMIC SANCTIONS LIST (SUCH AS THE SECURITY COUNCIL
SANCTIONS LIST), THE LIST OF SPECIALLY DESIGNATED NATIONALS
MAINTAINED BY OFAC (US DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY OFFICE OF
FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL), OR THE DENIED LIST OF PERSONS OR
ENTITIES OF THE US DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE. POKERFI RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE MARKETS AND JURISDICTIONS FOR
CONDUCTING BUSINESS, AND MAY RESTRICT OR REFUSE, AT ITS SOLE
DISCRETION, THE PROVISION OF POKERFI SERVICES IN CERTAIN
COUNTRIES OR REGIONS.
POKERFI account registration and requirements
All Users must apply for a PokerFi Account at (https://www.pokerfinance.io)
before using the PokerFi Services. PokerFi may refuse, at its discretion, to open
a PokerFi Account for you. You agree to provide complete and accurate
information when opening a PokerFi Account and agree to timely update any
information provided to PokerFi to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the
information. Each User may maintain only one main account at any given time.
Eligibility
By registering to use a PokerFi Account, you represent and warrant that, as an
individual, you are at least 18 years of age or of legal age to enter into a binding
contract in accordance with applicable laws; as an individual, legal entity or other
organization, you have full legal capacity and sufficient authorizations to enter
into these Terms; you have not previously been suspended or removed from
using the PokerFi Services; you do not currently have a PokerFi Account; you are
not a US User, a Malaysia User, a Singapore User or an Ontario User; nor are
you acting on behalf of a US user, a Malaysian user, a Singapore based user or
an Ontario (Canada) based user. If you act as an employee or agent of a legal
entity and enter these Terms on its behalf, you represent and warrant that you
have all necessary rights and authorizations to bind such legal entity; your use of
the PokerFi Services will not violate any and all laws and regulations applicable
to you, including but not limited to money laundering, anti-corruption and antiterrorist financing regulations.
Please note that some products and services may not be available in certain
jurisdictions or regions or to certain users. PokerFi reserves the right to change,
modify or impose additional restrictions at its discretion at any time.

User identity verification
Your registration for a PokerFi account will be deemed your agreement to provide
the personal information necessary for identity verification. This information will
be used to verify the identity of Users, identify traces of money laundering,
terrorist financing, fraud and other financial crimes through PokerFi or for other
legal purposes declared by PokerFi. We will collect, use and share this
information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition to providing this
information, you agree to allow us to maintain a record of this information for as
long as your account is active and within five (5) years after your account is
closed, in compliance with global industry standards on storage. of data. You also
authorize us to carry out necessary investigations directly or through third parties
to verify your identity or protect you and/or us from financial crimes such as fraud.
Information needed to verify your identity may include, but is not limited to, your
name, email address, contact information, telephone number, username, official
ID, date of birth, and other information collected during the account registration.
By providing the required information, you confirm that it is true and accurate.
AFTER REGISTRATION, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION IS
TRUE, COMPLETE AND UPDATED ON TIME WHEN CHANGED. IF THERE IS
ANY REASON TO BELIEVE THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS
INCORRECT, FALSE, OUT OF UPDATED OR INCOMPLETE, POKERFI
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEND YOU A NOTICE TO REQUIRE
CORRECTION, DIRECTLY DELETE RELEVANT INFORMATION AND, AS
APPLICABLE, TERMINATE ALL OR PART OF THE POKERFI SERVICES WE
PROVIDE TO YOU. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU WITH THE
CONTACT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE, YOU WILL BE FULLY
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR EXPENSES CAUSED TO POKERFI
WHILE USING THE POKERFI SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE
THAT YOU HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO UPDATE ALL INFORMATION IF
THERE ARE ANY CHANGES.BY REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT, YOU
AUTHORIZE POKERFI TO CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS WHICH POKERFI
DEEM NECESSARY, DIRECTLY OR THROUGH A THIRD PARTY, TO VERIFY
YOUR IDENTITY OR PROTECT YOU, OTHER USERS AND/OR POKERFI OF
FRAUD OR OTHER FINANCIAL CRIMES, AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION
BASED ON THE RESULTS OF SUCH INVESTIGATIONS.

Account usage requirements
The PokerFi Account can only be used by the account holder. PokerFi reserves
the right to suspend, freeze or cancel the use of PokerFi Accounts by persons
other than the account registrar. If you suspect or become aware of any
unauthorized use of your username and password, you must notify PokerFi
immediately. PokerFi assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage arising
from the use of the PokerFi Account by you or any third party with or without your
authorization.
account security
PokerFi is committed to maintaining User security and has implemented industry
standard protection for the PokerFi Services. However, the actions of individual
Users may present risks. You must agree to treat your login credentials (such as
username and password) as confidential information and not to disclose such
information to third parties. You also agree that you are solely responsible for
taking the necessary security measures to protect your PokerFi Account and your
personal information.
You shall be solely responsible for keeping your PokerFi Account and password
secure, and be responsible for all transactions on your PokerFi Account. PokerFi
assumes no responsibility for any losses or consequences caused by the
authorized or unauthorized use of your account credentials, including but not
limited to disclosing information, releasing information, consenting or submitting
various rules and agreements by clicking on the website, online contract renewal,
etc. .
By creating a PokerFi Account, you agree that:
You will notify PokerFi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use
of your PokerFi Account and password or any other breach of security rules;
You will strictly comply with all PokerFi mechanisms or procedures regarding
security, authentication, trading, billing and withdrawal; and will take appropriate
steps to leave PokerFi at the end of each visit.

PokerFi Services
Upon completion of registration and identity verification for your PokerFi Account,
you may use various PokerFi Services, including, but not limited to, purchasing
NFT,s, multi-currency trading, P2P trading, purchasing products, staking.
Surveys and other information disclosed by PokerFi, participating in user
activities carried out by PokerFi, etc., in accordance with the provisions of these
Terms (including the PokerFi Platform Rules and other individual agreements).
PokerFi has the right to:
Provide, modify or terminate, at its discretion, any PokerFi Services based on its
development plan; Allow or prohibit the use of any PokerFi Services by certain
Users in accordance with the relevant PokerFi Platform Rules.
staking programs
PokerFi will from time to time launch or maintain Staking Programs to reward, in
accordance with certain rules, users who hold PokerFinance Coins in their
PokerFi Accounts. When participating in Staking Programs, you should note that:
Unless otherwise stipulated by PokerFi, Staking Programs are free and Users
can trade during the staking period;
PokerFi does not guarantee the income of Users in any Staking Program;
PokerFi has the right to initiate or terminate the Staking Program or modify the
rules of such programs at its sole discretion;
Users must ensure that the sources of PokerFinance Coins they hold in PokerFi
Accounts are legal and compliant and undertake to comply with related laws and
regulations. Otherwise, PokerFi is entitled to take the necessary measures in
accordance with these Terms or PokerFi Platform Rules, including, without
limitation, freezing PokerFi Accounts or deducting the Digital Currencies awarded
to Users who violate the rules of the respective Staking Programs.

Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE
POKERFI SERVICES, POKERFI MATERIALS AND ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE
OR OTHER ITEMS PROVIDED BY OR ON BEHALF OF POKERFI ARE
PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND POKERFI
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, AND YOU DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OR WARRANTIES
ARISING OUT OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING OR USE IN
TRADE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, POKERFI DOES NOT
REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SITE, POKERFI SERVICES, OR
POKERFI MATERIALS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT,
ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL
COMPONENTS. POKERFI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ORDER WILL
BE EXECUTED, ACCEPTED, REGISTERED OR REMAIN OPEN. EXCEPT
FOR THE EXPRESS STATEMENTS, AGREEMENTS AND RULES SET FORTH
IN THESE TERMS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE
NOT RELIED ON ANY OTHER STATEMENT OR AGREEMENT, WHETHER
WRITTEN OR ORAL, REGARDING YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO THE
POKERFI SERVICES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU
UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT POKERFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (A) ANY
INACCURACY, DEFECT, OR OMISSION IN THE PRICE DATA OF DIGITAL
ASSETS, (B) ANY ERRORS OR DELAYS ON THE TRANSMISSION OF SUCH
DATA, (C) INTERRUPTION OF SUCH DATA, (D) REGULAR OR
UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE PERFORMED BY POKERFI AND
INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE AND CHANGE ARISING OUT OF SUCH
MAINTENANCE, (E) ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE ACTIONS OF
OTHER USERS, OMISSIONS OR BREACH OF THESE TERMS, (F) ANY
DAMAGE CAUSED BY ILLEGAL ACTIONS OF OTHER THIRD PARTIES OR
ACTIONS WITHOUT POKERFI’S AUTHORIZATION; AND (G) OTHER
DISCLAIMERS MENTIONED IN EXEMPTIONS AND PLATFORM RULES
ISSUED BY POKERFI.
THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN MAY
NOT APPLY IF AND TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW OF
THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU RESIDE.
Disclaimer of Damages and Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT
SHALL POKERFI, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE
SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
ATTORNEYS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUPPLIERS OR
CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES OR LIABILITY
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA,
INFORMATION, REVENUE, PROFITS OR OTHER BUSINESS OR FINANCIAL
BENEFITS) ARISING OUT OF THE POKERFI SERVICES, ANY
PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THE POKERFI SERVICES,
OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT, OR OTHER ITEMS PROVIDED BY OR ON
BEHALF OF POKERFI AND ITS AFFILIATES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT,
STATUTE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF POKERFI HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, EXCEPT TO
THE EXTENT OF A FINAL JUDICIAL DETERMINATION THAT SUCH
DAMAGES WERE THE RESULTS OF POKERFI’S SEVERE NEGLIGENCE,
FRAUD, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR INTENTIONAL BREACH END OF
LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
LIABILITY OF POKERFI, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE
SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
ATTORNEYS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUPPLIERS OR
CONTRACTORS ARISING OUT OF SERVICES OFFERED BY OR ON BEHALF
OF POKERFI AND ITS AFFILIATES , ANY PERFORMANCE OR NONPERFORMANCE OF THE POKERFI SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT,
SERVICE OR OTHER ITEM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STATUTE, STRICT
LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, EXCEEDS THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY
YOU TO POKERFI UNDER THESE TERMS IN THE TWELVE MONTH PERIOD
IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY
CLAIM.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the PokerFi Operators, their affiliates,
contractors, licensors and their respective directors, officers, employees and
agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, proceedings,
investigations, demands, lawsuits, costs, expenses and damages (including
attorneys’ fees, fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) arising out
of or relating to (i) your use of or conduct in relation to the PokerFi Services, (ii)
your breach of or our enforcement of these Terms, or (iii) ) your breach of any
law , regulation or applicable law of any third party while using the PokerFi
Services. If you are required to indemnify PokerFi Operators, their affiliates,
contractors, licensors and their respective directors, officers, employees or
agents pursuant to these Terms, PokerFi shall be entitled, in its sole discretion,
to control any action or proceeding and to determine whether PokerFi wishes to
make a settlement and, if so, on what terms.
PokerFi Account Suspension
You agree that PokerFi shall have the right to immediately suspend your PokerFi
Account (and any accounts owned by related or affiliated entities), freeze or block
the Digital Assets or funds in all such accounts and suspend your access to
PokerFi for any reason, including if PokerFi suspects that such accounts violate
these Terms, our Privacy Policy or any applicable laws and regulations. You
agree that PokerFi will not be liable to you for any permanent or temporary
modification of your PokerFi Account, or suspension or termination of your access
to all or part of the PokerFi Services. PokerFi reserves the right to retain and use
transaction data or other information related to such PokerFi Accounts. The
above account controls may also apply in the following cases:
The PokerFi Account is subject to government prosecution, criminal investigation
or other pending litigation;
We have detected unusual activity on the PokerFi Account;
We have detected unauthorized access to the PokerFi Account;
We are required to do so by court order or by order of a regulatory/governmental
authority.

Canceling PokerFi Accounts
In the event of any of the following events, PokerFi shall have the right to directly
terminate these Terms by canceling your PokerFi Account, and shall have the
right, but not the obligation, to permanently freeze (cancel) your PokerFi Account
authorizations with PokerFi and withdraw the corresponding PokerFi Account:
After PokerFi terminates services for you; you allegedly register or register on
behalf of someone else as a PokerFi user again, directly or indirectly; the
information you have provided is false, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete;
when these Terms are amended, you declare your reluctance to accept the
amended Terms by requesting the cancellation of your PokerFi Account or by
other means; you request that the PokerFi Services be terminated; and any other
circumstances in which PokerFi deems it necessary to terminate the PokerFi
Services.
In the event that your PokerFi account is terminated, the account and
transactional information that meets data retention standards will be securely
stored for 5 years. Furthermore, if a transaction is not completed during the
account closure process, PokerFi will be entitled to notify its counterparty of the
situation at that time. You acknowledge that a user-initiated account exit (right of
deletion under GDPR or other equivalent regulations) will also be subject to the
termination protocol stated above.
If PokerFi is informed that any Digital Assets or funds held in your pokerFi
Account are stolen or are otherwise not lawfully owned by you, PokerFi may, but
is not obligated to, place an administrative hold on the affected funds and your
Account. PokerFi. If PokerFi establishes an administrative hold on some or all of
your funds or PokerFi Account, PokerFI may continue with such hold until the
dispute is resolved and evidence of resolution acceptable to PokerFi has been
provided to PokerFi in an acceptable format. . for PokerFi. PokerFi will not be
involved in any disputes or the resolution of the dispute. You agree that PokerFi
will have no liability for such retention, or for your inability to withdraw Digital
Assets or funds or execute trades during the period of such retention.
Remaining funds after closing the PokerFi account
Once a PokerFi Account is closed/withdrawn, all remaining account balance
(which includes charges and obligations owed to PokerFi) will be paid
immediately to PokerFi. Upon payment of all outstanding charges to PokerFi (if
any), Users will have 5 business days to withdraw all Digital Assets or funds from
their account.
Funds remaining after closing the PokerFi account due to fraud, violation of law
or violation of these terms.
PokerFi retains full custody of Digital Assets, funds and User data/information
that may be turned over to government authorities in the event of
suspension/closure of PokerFi Accounts arising from fraud investigations,
investigations of breach of law or violation of these Terms.

Compliance with local laws
It is Users’ responsibility to comply with local laws regarding the lawful use of the
PokerFi Services in their local jurisdiction, as well as other laws and regulations
applicable to Users. Users should also consider, to the extent of their local laws,
all aspects of taxation, withholding, billing, reporting and remittances to the
appropriate tax authorities. OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES; USERS AGREE THAT
POKERFI WILL REQUIRE THEM TO PROVIDE OR COLLECT THE
NECESSARY INFORMATION AND MATERIALS ACCORDING TO RELEVANT
LAWS OR GOVERNMENT ORDERS TO VERIFY THE LEGALITY OF THE
SOURCES AND THE USE OF THEIR FUNDS. PokerFi maintains a cooperative
stance with law enforcement authorities around the world and will not hesitate to
seize, freeze, terminate user accounts and funds that are flagged or investigated
by lawful mandate.

Comprehensive Agreement.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the
use of the PokerFi Services. No use of trade or other regular practice or method
of negotiation between the parties will be used to modify, interpret, supplement
or alter the terms contained herein.
Interpretation and Review.
PokerFi reserves the right to amend, revise, modify and/or amend these Terms
at any time. All changes will take effect immediately after being posted on PokerFi
sites. It is your responsibility to regularly check the relevant pages on our
websites/applications to confirm the most recent version of these Terms. If you
do not agree to such modifications, your sole remedy is to terminate your use of
the PokerFi Services and cancel your account. You agree that, unless expressly
provided otherwise in these Terms, PokerFi will not be responsible for any
modification or termination of the PokerFi Services by you or any third party, or
suspension or termination of your access to the PokerFi Services.

Major Force.
PokerFi will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform as required by these
Terms due to any cause or condition beyond PokerFi’s reasonable control.

Separability.
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity
or enforceability will not affect the other provisions of these Terms, which will
remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable part will take effect
to the extent possible. .

Assignment.
You may not assign or transfer any right to use the PokerFi Services or any of
your rights or obligations under these Terms without PokerFi’s prior written
consent, including any rights or obligations relating to law enforcement or change
of control. PokerFi may assign or transfer any or all of its rights or obligations
under these Terms, in whole or in part, without prior notice or obtaining your
consent or approval.

Renounce.
A party’s failure to enforce any provision shall not affect that party’s right to

PokerFi refere-se a um ecossistema composto por sites da PokerFi cujos nomes

Contas PokerFi referem-se às contas virtuais fundamentais, incluindo contas
principais e subcontas, que são abertas pela PokerFi para que os usuários
registrem na PokerFi seu uso dos Serviços PokerFi, transações, alterações de
ativos e informações básicas. As Contas PokerFi servem como base para que
os Usuários usufruam e exerçam seus direitos na PokerFi.
Negociação de criptografia para criptografia refere-se a transações spot nas
quais uma moeda digital é trocada por outra moeda digital.

Proibição de Uso
AO ACESSAR E USAR OS SERVIÇOS DA POKERFI, VOCÊ DECLARA E
GARANTE QUE NÃO FOI INCLUÍDO EM NENHUMA LISTA DE EMBARGOS
COMERCIAIS OU SANÇÕES ECONÔMICAS (COMO A LISTA DE SANÇÕES
DO CONSELHO DE SEGURANÇA DAS NAÇÕES UNIDAS), A LISTA DE
NACIONAIS ESPECIALMENTE DESIGNADOS MANTIDA PELA OFAC
(ESCRITÓRIO DE CONTROLE DE ATIVOS ESTRANGEIROS DO
DEPARTAMENTO DO TESOURO DOS EUA), OU A LISTA DE PESSOAS OU
ENTIDADES NEGADA DO DEPARTAMENTO DE COMÉRCIO DOS EUA. A
POKERFI SE RESERVA O DIREITO DE ESCOLHER MERCADOS E
JURISDIÇÕES PARA REALIZAR NEGÓCIOS, E PODE RESTRINGIR OU

Registro e requisitos da conta POKERFI
Todos os Usuários devem solicitar uma Conta PokerFi em
(https://www.pokerfinance.io) antes de usar os Serviços PokerFi. A PokerFi pode
se recusar, a seu critério, a abrir uma Conta PokerFi para você. Você concorda
em fornecer informações completas e precisa ao abrir uma Conta PokerFi e
concorda em atualizar em tempo hábil qualquer informação fornecida à PokerFi
para manter a integridade e precisão das informações. Cada Usuário pode
manter apenas uma conta principal em um determinado momento.
Elegibilidade
Ao se registrar para usar uma Conta PokerFi, você declara e garante que, como
indivíduo, você tem pelo menos 18 anos ou é maior de idade para firmar um
contrato vinculativo de acordo com as leis aplicáveis; como pessoa física, pessoa
jurídica ou outra organização, você tem plena capacidade legal e autorizações
suficientes para celebrar estes Termos; você não foi suspenso ou removido
anteriormente do uso dos Serviços da PokerFi; você não possui atualmente uma
Conta PokerFi; você não é um usuário dos Estados Unidos, um usuário da
Malásia, um usuário de Cingapura ou um usuário de Ontário; nem você está
agindo em nome de um usuário dos Estados Unidos, um usuário da Malásia, um
usuário baseado em Cingapura ou um usuário baseado em Ontário (Canadá).
Se você atuar como funcionário ou agente de uma pessoa jurídica e entrar
nestes Termos em seu nome, você declara e garante que tem todos os direitos
e autorizações necessários para vincular tal pessoa jurídica; seu uso dos
Serviços da PokerFi não violará todas e quaisquer leis e regulamentos aplicáveis
a você, incluindo, entre outros, regulamentos sobre lavagem de dinheiro,
anticorrupção e financiamento antiterrorista.
Observe que alguns produtos e serviços podem não estar disponíveis em
determinadas jurisdições ou regiões ou para determinados usuários. A PokerFi
se reserva o direito de alterar, modificar ou impor restrições adicionais a seu

Verificação de identidade do usuário
Seu registro de uma conta na PokerFi será considerado sua concordância em
fornecer as informações pessoais necessárias para verificação de identidade.

QUE QUALQUER INFORMAÇÃO FORNECIDA ESTÁ INCORRETA, FALSA,
DESATUALIZADA OU INCOMPLETA, A POKERFI SE RESERVA O DIREITO
DE ENVIAR A VOCÊ UM AVISO PARA EXIGIR CORREÇÃO, EXCLUIR
DIRETAMENTE AS INFORMAÇÕES RELEVANTES E, CONFORME O CASO,
ENCERRAR TODO OU PARTE DOS SERVIÇOS POKERFI QUE
FORNECEMOS PARA VOCÊ. SE NÃO FORMOS POSSÍVEIS ENTRAR EM
CONTATO COM AS INFORMAÇÕES DE CONTATO QUE VOCÊ FORNECEU,
VOCÊ SERÁ TOTALMENTE RESPONSÁVEL POR QUALQUER PERDA OU
DESPESAS CAUSADA À POKERFI DURANTE O USO DOS SERVIÇOS DA
POKERFI. VOCÊ RECONHECE E CONCORDA QUE TEM A OBRIGAÇÃO DE
ATUALIZAR TODAS AS INFORMAÇÕES SE HOUVER ALGUMA
ALTERAÇÃO.AO REGISTRAR UMA CONTA, VOCÊ AUTORIZA A POKERFI A
CONDUZIR INVESTIGAÇÕES QUE A POKERFI CONSIDERAR
NECESSÁRIAS, DIRETAMENTE OU ATRAVÉS DE TERCEIROS, PARA
VERIFICAR SUA IDENTIDADE OU PROTEGER VOCÊ, OUTROS USUÁRIOS
E/OU A POKERFI DE FRAUDE OU OUTROS CRIMES FINANCEIROS, E
TOMAR AS AÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS COM BASE NOS RESULTADOS DE TAIS
INVESTIGAÇÕES.

Requisitos de uso da conta
A Conta PokerFi só pode ser usada pelo titular da conta. A PokerFi se reserva o
direito de suspender, congelar ou cancelar o uso de Contas PokerFi por pessoas
que não sejam o registrador da conta. Se você suspeitar ou tomar conhecimento
de qualquer uso não autorizado de seu nome de usuário e senha, você deve
notificar a PokerFi imediatamente. A PokerFi não assume nenhuma
responsabilidade por qualquer perda ou dano decorrente do uso da Conta
PokerFi por você ou por terceiros com ou sem sua autorização.
Segurança da conta
A PokerFi está comprometida em manter a segurança do Usuário e implementou
a proteção padrão do setor para os Serviços da PokerFi. No entanto, as ações
de Usuários individuais podem apresentar riscos. Você deve concordar em tratar
suas credenciais de acesso (como nome de usuário e senha) como informações
confidenciais e não divulgar tais informações a terceiros. Você também concorda
em ser o único responsável por tomar as medidas de segurança necessárias
para proteger sua Conta PokerFi e suas informações pessoais.
Você deve ser o único responsável por manter segura sua Conta PokerFi e
senha, e ser responsável por todas as transações em sua Conta PokerFi. A
PokerFi não assume nenhuma responsabilidade por quaisquer perdas ou
consequências causadas pelo uso autorizado ou não autorizado de suas
credenciais de conta, incluindo, mas não limitado à divulgação de informações,
liberação de informações, consentimento ou envio de várias regras e acordos
clicando no site, renovação de contrato online, etc. .

Ao criar uma Conta PokerFi, você concorda que:
Notificará a PokerFi imediatamente se estiver ciente de qualquer uso não
autorizado de sua Conta PokerFi e senha ou qualquer outra violação das regras
de segurança;
Cumprirá rigorosamente todos os mecanismos ou procedimentos da PokerFi em
relação à segurança, autenticação, negociação, cobrança e retirada; e tomará
as medidas apropriadas para sair da PokerFi no final de cada visita.

Serviços PokerFi
Após a conclusão do registro e verificação de identidade para sua Conta PokerFi,
você pode usar vários Serviços PokerFi, incluindo, mas não limitado a, compra
de NFT,s, Trading multi moedas, negociação P2P, compra de produtos, staking.
Pesquisas e outras informações divulgadas pela PokerFi, participando de
atividades do usuário realizadas pela PokerFi, etc., de acordo com as
disposições destes Termos (incluindo as Regras da Plataforma PokerFi e outros
acordos individuais). A PokerFi tem o direito de:
Fornecer, modificar ou encerrar, a seu critério, quaisquer Serviços da PokerFi
com base em seu plano de desenvolvimento; Permitir ou proibir o uso de
quaisquer Serviços da PokerFi por alguns Usuários de acordo com as Regras da
Plataforma PokerFi relevantes.

Programas de staking
A PokerFi lançará ou manterá de tempos em tempos Programas de Staking, para
recompensar, de acordo com certas regras, os usuários que detêm Moedas
PokerFinance em suas Contas PokerFi. Ao participar de Programas de Staking,
você deve observar que:
Ao menos que estipulado de outra forma pela PokerFi, os Programas de Staking
são gratuitos e os Usuários podem negociar durante o período de staking;
A PokerFi não garante os rendimentos dos Usuários em nenhum Programa de
Staking;
A PokerFi tem o direito de iniciar ou encerrar o Programa de Staking ou modificar
as regras de tais programas a seu exclusivo critério;
Os usuários devem garantir que as fontes das Moedas PokerFinance que
possuem nas Contas PokerFi sejam legais e compatíveis e se comprometem a
observar as leis e regulamentos relacionados. Caso contrário, a PokerFi tem o
direito de tomar as medidas necessárias de acordo com estes Termos ou Regras
da Plataforma PokerFi, incluindo, sem limitação, congelar Contas PokerFi ou
deduzir as Moedas Digitais concedidas aos Usuários que violarem as regras dos
respectivos Programas de Staking.

Renúncia de Garantias
NA EXTENSÃO MÁXIMA PERMITIDA PELA LEI APLICÁVEL, OS SERVIÇOS
DA POKERFI, MATERIAIS DA POKERFI E QUALQUER PRODUTO, SERVIÇO
OU OUTRO ITEM FORNECIDO POR OU EM NOME DA POKERFI SÃO
OFERECIDOS “COMO ESTÃO” E “CONFORME DISPONÍVEL”, E A POKERFI
SE ISENTA EXPRESSAMENTE, E VOCÊ RENUNCIA A TODAS E
QUAISQUER OUTRAS GARANTIAS DE QUALQUER TIPO, EXPRESSAS OU
IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUINDO, SEM LIMITAÇÃO, GARANTIAS DE
COMERCIALIZAÇÃO, ADEQUAÇÃO A UM DETERMINADO FIM, TÍTULO OU
NÃO INFRAÇÃO OU GARANTIAS DECORRENTES DO DESEMPENHO,
CURSO DE NEGOCIAÇÃO OU USO NO COMÉRCIO. SEM LIMITAR O
ANTERIOR, A POKERFI NÃO REPRESENTA NEM GARANTE QUE O SITE,
SERVIÇOS DA POKERFI OU MATERIAIS DA POKERFI SEJAM PRECISOS,
COMPLETOS, CONFIÁVEIS, ATUAIS, LIVRES DE ERROS OU LIVRES DE
VÍRUS OU OUTROS COMPONENTES PREJUDICIAIS. A POKERFI NÃO
GARANTE QUE QUALQUER PEDIDO SERÁ EXECUTADO, ACEITO,
REGISTRADO OU PERMANECER ABERTO. EXCETO PELAS
DECLARAÇÕES EXPRESSAS, ACORDOS E REGRAS ESTABELECIDOS
NESTES TERMOS, VOCÊ RECONHECE E CONCORDA QUE NÃO CONFIOU

CONCORDA QUE A POKERFI NÃO SERÁ RESPONSÁVEL POR QUAISQUER
PERDAS OU DANOS DECORRENTES DE OU RELACIONADOS A: (A)
QUALQUER IMPRECISÃO, DEFEITO OU OMISSÃO DOS DADOS DE PREÇO
DE ATIVOS DIGITAIS, (B) QUALQUER ERRO OU ATRASO NA
TRANSMISSÃO DE TAIS DADOS, (C) INTERRUPÇÃO DE TAIS DADOS, (D)
MANUTENÇÃO REGULAR OU NÃO PROGRAMADA REALIZADA PELA
POKERFI E INTERRUPÇÃO DE SERVIÇO E MUDANÇA DECORRENTE DE
TAL MANUTENÇÃO, (E) QUAISQUER DANOS INCORRIDOS POR AÇÕES DE
OUTROS USUÁRIOS, OMISSÕES OU VIOLAÇÃO DESTES TERMOS, (F)
QUALQUER DANO CAUSADO POR AÇÕES ILEGAIS DE OUTROS
TERCEIROS OU AÇÕES SEM AUTORIZAÇÃO DA POKERFI; E (G) OUTRAS
ISENÇÕES MENCIONADAS EM ISENÇÕES E REGRAS DA PLATAFORMA
EMITIDAS PELA POKERFI.
A ISENÇÃO DE GARANTIAS IMPLÍCITAS AQUI CONTIDAS PODE NÃO SE
APLICAR SE E NA MEDIDA QUE FOR PROIBIDA PELA LEI APLICÁVEL DA
JURISDIÇÃO EM QUE VOCÊ RESIDE.
Renúncia de Danos e Limitação de Responsabilidade
NA EXTENSÃO MÁXIMA PERMITIDA PELA LEI APLICÁVEL, EM NENHUMA
HIPÓTESE A POKERFI, SUAS AFILIADAS E SEUS RESPECTIVOS
ACIONISTAS, MEMBROS, DIRETORES, DIRETORES, FUNCIONÁRIOS,
ADVOGADOS, AGENTES, REPRESENTANTES, FORNECEDORES OU
CONTRATADOS SERÃO RESPONSÁVEIS POR QUALQUER INCIDENTE,
INDIRETO, ESPECIAL, PUNITIVO , DANOS CONSEQUENCIAIS OU
SEMELHANTES OU RESPONSABILIDADES (INCLUINDO, SEM LIMITAÇÃO,
DANOS POR PERDA DE DADOS, INFORMAÇÕES, RECEITA, LUCROS OU
OUTROS NEGÓCIOS OU BENEFÍCIOS FINANCEIROS) DECORRENTES
DOS SERVIÇOS POKERFI, QUALQUER DESEMPENHO OU NÃO
DESEMPENHO DOS SERVIÇOS POKERFI, OU QUALQUER OUTRO
PRODUTO, SERVIÇO OU OUTRO ITEM FORNECIDO POR OU EM NOME DA
POKERFI E SUAS AFILIADAS, SEJA POR CONTRATO, ESTATUTO,
RESPONSABILIDADE ESTRITA OU OUTRA TEORIA, MESMO QUE A
POKERFI TENHA SIDO AVISADA DA POSSIBILIDADE DE TAIS DANOS,
EXCETO NA MEDIDA DE UMA DETERMINAÇÃO JUDICIAL FINAL QUE TAIS
DANOS FORAM RESULTADOS DE NEGLIGÊNCIA GRAVE DA POKERFI,
FRAUDE, MÁ CONDUTA INTENCIONAL OU VIOLAÇÃO INTENCIONAL DA
LEI. ALGUMAS JURISDIÇÕES NÃO PERMITEM A EXCLUSÃO OU
LIMITAÇÃO DE DANOS INCIDENTAIS OU CONSEQUENTES, PORTANTO, A
LIMITAÇÃO ACIMA PODE NÃO SE APLICAR A VOCÊ.
NÃO OBSTANTE O ANTERIOR, EM NENHUMA HIPÓTESE A
RESPONSABILIDADE DA POKERFI, SUAS AFILIADAS E SEUS
RESPECTIVOS ACIONISTAS, MEMBROS, DIRETORES, DIRETORES,
FUNCIONÁRIOS, ADVOGADOS, AGENTES, REPRESENTANTES,
FORNECEDORES OU CONTRATADOS DECORRENTES DE SERVIÇOS
OFERECIDOS POR OU EM NOME DA POKERFI E SUA AFILIADOS,
QUALQUER DESEMPENHO OU NÃO DESEMPENHO DOS SERVIÇOS
POKERFI, OU QUALQUER OUTRO PRODUTO, SERVIÇO OU OUTRO ITEM,
SEJA POR CONTRATO, ESTATUTO, RESPONSABILIDADE ESTRITA OU
OUTRA TEORIA, EXCEDE O VALOR DAS TAXAS PAGAS POR VOCÊ À
POKERFI SOB ESTES TERMOS NO PERÍODO DE DOZE MESES
IMEDIATAMENTE ANTERIOR AO EVENTO QUE DÁ GERAÇÃO À
REIVINDICAÇÃO DE RESPONSABILIDADE.
Indenização
Você concorda em indenizar e isentar os Operadores da PokerFi, seus afiliados,
contratados, licenciadores e seus respectivos diretores, executivos, funcionários
e agentes de e contra quaisquer reclamações, ações, procedimentos,
investigações, demandas, processos, custos, despesas e danos (incluindo
honorários advocatícios, multas ou penalidades impostas por qualquer
autoridade reguladora) decorrentes ou relacionadas a (i) seu uso ou conduta em
relação aos Serviços PokerFi, (ii) sua violação ou nossa aplicação destes
Termos, ou (iii) ) sua violação de qualquer lei, regulamento ou direito aplicável
de qualquer terceiro durante o uso dos Serviços da PokerFi. Se você for obrigado
a indenizar os Operadores da PokerFi, seus afiliados, contratados, licenciadores
e seus respectivos diretores, executivos, funcionários ou agentes de acordo com
estes Termos, a PokerFi terá o direito, a seu exclusivo critério, de controlar
qualquer ação ou processo e de determinar se a PokerFi deseja fazer um acordo
e, em caso afirmativo, em que termos.

Suspensão de Contas PokerFi
Você concorda que a PokerFi terá o direito de suspender imediatamente sua
Conta PokerFi (e quaisquer contas de propriedade de entidades relacionadas ou
afiliadas), congelar ou bloquear os Ativos Digitais ou fundos em todas essas
contas e suspender seu acesso à PokerFi por qualquer motivo, incluindo se a
PokerFi suspeitar que tais contas violam estes Termos, nossa Política de
Privacidade ou quaisquer leis e regulamentos aplicáveis. Você concorda que a
PokerFi não será responsável perante você por qualquer modificação
permanente ou temporária de sua Conta PokerFi, ou suspensão ou rescisão de
seu acesso a todos ou parte dos Serviços PokerFi. A PokerFi se reserva o direito
de manter e usar os dados da transação ou outras informações relacionadas a
essas Contas PokerFi. Os controles de conta acima também podem ser
aplicados nos seguintes casos:
A Conta PokerFi está sujeita a um processo governamental, investigação
criminal ou outro litígio pendente;
Detectamos atividades incomuns na Conta PokerFi;
Detectamos acesso não autorizado à Conta PokerFi;
Somos obrigados a fazê-lo por ordem judicial ou ordem de uma autoridade
reguladora/governamental.

Cancelamento de contas PokerFi
No caso de qualquer um dos seguintes eventos, a PokerFi terá o direito de
rescindir diretamente estes Termos cancelando sua Conta PokerFi, e terá o
direito, mas não a obrigação, de congelar (cancelar) permanentemente as
autorizações de sua Conta PokerFi na PokerFi e retirar a Conta PokerFi
correspondente:
Após a PokerFi encerrar os serviços para você; você supostamente se registra
ou se registra em nome de outra pessoa como um usuário da PokerFi
novamente, direta ou indiretamente; as informações que você forneceu são
falsas, imprecisas, desatualizadas ou incompletas; quando estes Termos são
alterados, você declara sua relutância em aceitar os Termos alterados
solicitando o cancelamento de sua Conta PokerFi ou por outros meios; você
solicita que os Serviços da PokerFi sejam encerrados; e quaisquer outras
circunstâncias em que a PokerFi considere que deve encerrar os Serviços da
PokerFi.
Caso sua conta PokerFi seja encerrada, a conta e as informações transacionais
que atendem aos padrões de retenção de dados serão armazenadas com
segurança por 5 anos. Além disso, se uma transação não for concluída durante
o processo de encerramento da conta, a PokerFi terá o direito de notificar sua
contraparte sobre a situação naquele momento. Você reconhece que uma saída
de conta iniciada pelo usuário (direito de exclusão sob GDPR ou outras
regulamentações equivalentes) também estará sujeita ao protocolo de rescisão
declarado acima.
Se a PokerFi for informada de que quaisquer Ativos Digitais ou fundos mantidos
em sua Conta pokerFi são roubados ou de outra forma não são legalmente
possuídos por você, a PokerFi pode, mas não tem obrigação de fazer uma
retenção administrativa nos fundos afetados e em sua Conta PokerFi. Se a
PokerFi estabelecer uma retenção administrativa em alguns ou em todos os seus
fundos ou Conta PokerFi, a PokerFI poderá continuar com tal retenção até que
a disputa seja resolvida e a evidência da resolução aceitável para a PokerFi
tenha sido fornecida à PokerFi em um formato aceitável. para PokerFi. A PokerFi
não se envolverá em nenhuma disputa ou na resolução da disputa. Você
concorda que a PokerFi não terá nenhuma responsabilidade por tal retenção, ou
por sua incapacidade de retirar Ativos Digitais ou fundos ou executar
negociações durante o período de tal retenção.
Fundos restantes após o encerramento da conta PokerFi
Uma vez que uma Conta PokerFi seja fechada/retirada, todo o saldo restante da
conta (que inclui encargos e obrigações devidos à pokerFi) será pago
imediatamente à PokerFi. Após o pagamento de todas as cobranças pendentes
à PokerFi (se houver), os Usuários terão 5 dias úteis para retirar todos os Ativos

Digitais ou fundos da conta.
Fundos restantes após o encerramento da conta PokerFi devido a fraude,
violação da lei ou violação destes termos.
A PokerFi mantém a custódia total dos Ativos Digitais, fundos e
dados/informações do Usuário que podem ser entregues às autoridades
governamentais no caso de suspensão/encerramento das Contas PokerFi
decorrentes de investigações de fraude, investigações de violação da lei ou
violação destes Termos.

Conformidade com as leis locais
É responsabilidade dos Usuários cumprir as leis locais em relação ao uso legal
dos Serviços da PokerFi em sua jurisdição local, bem como outras leis e
regulamentos aplicáveis aos Usuários. Os usuários também devem levar em
consideração, na medida de suas leis locais, todos os aspectos de tributação,
retenção, cobrança, relatórios e remessas às autoridades fiscais apropriadas.
DE ATIVIDADES ILEGAIS; OS USUÁRIOS CONCORDAM QUE A POKERFI
EXIGIRÁ QUE FORNEÇAM OU COLETEM AS INFORMAÇÕES E MATERIAIS
NECESSÁRIOS CONFORME LEIS RELEVANTES OU ORDENS DO
GOVERNO PARA VERIFICAR A LEGALIDADE DAS FONTES E O USO DE
SEUS FUNDOS. A PokerFi mantém uma postura de cooperação com as
autoridades policiais em todo o mundo e não hesitará em apreender, congelar,
encerrar contas e fundos de usuários que são sinalizados ou investigados por
mandato legal.

Acordo Integral.
Estes Termos constituem o acordo integral entre as partes em relação ao uso
dos Serviços da PokerFi. Nenhum uso de comércio ou outra prática regular ou
método de negociação entre as partes será usado para modificar, interpretar,
complementar ou alterar os termos aqui contidos.
Interpretação e Revisão.
A PokerFi se reserva o direito de alterar, revisar, modificar e/ou alterar estes
Termos a qualquer momento. Todas as alterações entrarão em vigor
imediatamente após serem publicadas nos sites da PokerFi. É sua
responsabilidade verificar regularmente as páginas relevantes em nossos
sites/aplicativos para confirmar a versão mais recente destes Termos. Se você
não concordar com tais modificações, sua única solução é encerrar seu uso dos
Serviços da PokerFi e cancelar sua conta. Você concorda que, salvo disposição
expressa em contrário nestes Termos, a PokerFi não será responsável por
qualquer modificação ou rescisão dos Serviços da PokerFi por você ou por
terceiros, ou suspensão ou rescisão do seu acesso aos Serviços da PokerFi.

Força Maior.
A pokerFi não será responsável por qualquer atraso ou falha no desempenho
conforme exigido por estes Termos devido a qualquer causa ou condição além
do controle razoável da PokerFi.

Separabilidade.
Se qualquer parte destes Termos for considerada inválida ou inexequível, tal
invalidade ou exigibilidade não afetará as outras disposições destes Termos, que
permanecerão em pleno vigor e efeito, e a parte inválida ou inexequível entrará
em vigor na medida do possível. .
Atribuição.
Você não pode ceder ou transferir qualquer direito de usar os Serviços da
PokerFi ou qualquer um de seus direitos ou obrigações sob estes Termos sem
o consentimento prévio por escrito da PokerFi, incluindo qualquer direito ou
obrigação relacionado à aplicação de leis ou à mudança de controle. A PokerFi
pode ceder ou transferir qualquer ou todos os seus direitos ou obrigações sob
estes Termos, no todo ou em parte, sem aviso prévio ou obtenção do seu
consentimento ou aprovação.
Renúncia.
A falha de uma parte em exigir o cumprimento de qualquer disposição não
afetará o direito dessa parte de exigir o cumprimento em qualquer momento
posterior. Ao mesmo tempo, a renúncia de uma parte de buscar recuperação
pela violação da outra parte destes Termos ou qualquer disposição dos termos
aplicáveis não constituirá uma renúncia por essa parte de qualquer violação ou

serviços de terceiros, a PokerFi não será responsável por tais perdas. Além

privacidade de sites de terceiros, você deve ler e entender essas políticas com

Assuntos Relacionados à Apple Inc.
Se você usar qualquer dispositivo fabricado pela Apple Inc. para participar de
quaisquer atividades comerciais ou programas de recompensa por meio dos
Serviços da PokerFi, tais atividades e programas são fornecidos pela PokerFi e
não estão associados à Apple Inc. de forma alguma.
